If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, you can use any of the two options within 15 days of purchase.

Option 1 — Exchange from Home

Our courier partners will collect and replace items from your doorstep.

Attach a mobile video of the old product with tags attached/uncut and in original condition.

Option 2 — Exchange at Our Address

This service is free of cost.
Send or drop the products with the original receipt, tags attached/uncut, and packing material at our address:

Items already exchanged are not applicable for return/exchange.

Return for a Refund

We want you to love our products as much as we do, and believe our quality is second to none.

If for any reason you wish to return an item for a refund, we offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy.
